To strengthen the concept of intelligence education and training among the EU member states.
To build a “common intelligence understanding” among the European intelligence communities.
To establish strong collaborative relationships with EU intelligence services, intelligence and security training centers, universities and institutions.
To provide education and training which reflect the changing security environment and the requirement of the EU member states to respond to external conflicts and crises, based on the directions and goals of the EU Strategic Compass and Global Strategy.
