The Academia Directorate is structured into three distinct departments, each performing an essential role in the planning, development, and delivery of education. The Research department is responsible for the future-oriented planning and strategic design of education, ensuring continuous adaptation to emerging challenges and evolving training requirements. The Education department oversees the development, approval, and publication of educational and training programmes, guaranteeing academic coherence and quality standards. The Courses department is responsible for the implementation of training activities, including the coordination of course delivery and the resolution of operational and academic issues that may arise during the execution of education and training programmes.
